About the Role

Solutions Consultants provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients worldwide, including brands and agencies. As an expert in the company’s offerings and solutions, you help clients translate emissions measurement into meaningful steps to reduce their carbon footprints. The Solutions Consultant also educates partners on sustainability and the implementation of best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is an AdTech domain expert who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment where flexibility and adaptability are key. As an early member of the company’s Services team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping engagement models and driving impactful outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

For Clients & Partners:

  • Analyze marketing strategies, delivery, and carbon footprint to identify the best ways to drive business outcomes
  • Implement the company’s decarbonization solutions and ensure long-term success
  • Consult on reduction strategies and provide ongoing enablement and support
  • Consistently deliver value through strategies that achieve systemic reductions in CO2 emissions
  • Advocate for sustainable advertising and educate the market about the path to Net Zero
  • Educate clients and partners on environmental challenges in the programmatic industry and actionable solutions
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders by consistently delivering value
  • Evaluate key metrics to proactively identify pain points and growth opportunities

Internally:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, including CO2 emissions measurement throughout the advertising supply chain
  • Take a systemic approach to the advertising value chain, encompassing brands, agencies, AdTech platforms, publishers, and broadcasters
  • Be comfortable with APIs and web-based technologies (knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus)
  • Create tailored training materials and best practices that highlight the value of the company’s solutions
  • Collect feedback on the company’s offerings and suggest improvements to products, operations, and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, product, and other supporting functions) to address client needs, balancing short-term problem-solving with long-term strategies that benefit all stakeholders
  • Develop repeatable processes and focus on continuous improvement to help scale the team’s efforts
  • Train and support other members of the Services team
  • Maintain a strong interest in sustainability and its transformative role in the advertising and media industries

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated success managing complex client engagements for a company in the AdTech ecosystem, ideally gained from consulting with buy-side clients on their media strategies
  • Fluency in the German language
  • Aptitude for explaining technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Comfort managing competing priorities and multiple projects
