Global Senior Brand Partnerships Manager (Non-Endemic Brands)

Role Objective
As Global Senior Brand Partnerships Manager (Non-Endemic Brands), you will lead consultative sales efforts and develop innovative advertising solutions for non-endemic brands. This key position focuses on securing high-value partnerships and creating multi-channel advertising solutions across our client's premium travel retail network.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and pitch customized advertising solutions for finance, travel, automotive, and luxury brands
- Develop comprehensive sponsorship packages combining Retail Media, DOOH, Digital, and Experiential Activations
- Establish and maintain relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and agency partners
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure exceptional campaign delivery
- Identify and capitalize on emerging brand categories and market trends
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships, or Media Sales
- Established network across non-endemic sectors such as finance, travel, luxury, and automotive
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value sponsorship agreements (€500k+)
- Strategic mindset with strong expertise in consultative sales
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
- Skilled in leading cross-functional, multicultural teams
- Able to clearly communicate strategies and insights to senior stakeholders
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving start-up environments
- Capable of distilling complex information to support executive decisions
- Excellent communicator and collaborator within matrixed organizations
- Strong relationship-builder with a consultative approach and a drive to succeed
- Results-driven, analytical, self-starter with a hands-on approach to achieving goals
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and team coordination
