Role Objective

As Global Senior Brand Partnerships Manager (Non-Endemic Brands), you will lead consultative sales efforts and develop innovative advertising solutions for non-endemic brands. This key position focuses on securing high-value partnerships and creating multi-channel advertising solutions across our client's premium travel retail network.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and pitch customized advertising solutions for finance, travel, automotive, and luxury brands
  • Develop comprehensive sponsorship packages combining Retail Media, DOOH, Digital, and Experiential Activations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with CMOs, brand managers, and agency partners
  • Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure exceptional campaign delivery
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging brand categories and market trends

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships, or Media Sales
  • Established network across non-endemic sectors such as finance, travel, luxury, and automotive
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value sponsorship agreements (€500k+)
  • Strategic mindset with strong expertise in consultative sales
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional, multicultural teams
  • Able to clearly communicate strategies and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving start-up environments
  • Capable of distilling complex information to support executive decisions
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator within matrixed organizations
  • Strong relationship-builder with a consultative approach and a drive to succeed
  • Results-driven, analytical, self-starter with a hands-on approach to achieving goals
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and team coordination
  • Culturally aware with a strong understanding of global business practices
  • Confident in delivering executive-level presentations, both written and verbal
