Role Objective

As Global Senior Agency Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with major media agencies, driving high-value media investments, and establishing long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier media agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Havas, Publicis)
  • Drive agency education on retail media, DOOH, and programmatic capabilities
  • Develop scalable agency sales strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maximize agency-driven advertising spend
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with major media buying groups

Your Profile

  • Over 5 years of experience in Agency Sales, Media Partnerships, or Business Development
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising, DOOH, and programmatic media
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding agency partnerships
  • Strong grasp of agency operations, client purchasing behavior, and media investment cycles
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Skilled at leading multicultural and cross-functional teams
  • Capable of clearly articulating strategies and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving start-up environments
  • Adept at distilling complex information into concise insights for executive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within matrixed organizations
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative abilities, with a competitive drive to succeed
  • Results-driven, analytical, self-starter with a hands-on approach and a strong track record of achieving goals
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and team alignment
  • Deep cultural awareness and understanding of international business practices
  • Strong executive presentation skills across written, verbal, and in-person formats
