Role Objective

As Global Director Product (Ad Platform & AdTech), you will lead the development of a cutting-edge self-service advertising platform that enables brands and agencies to manage campaigns across multiple touchpoints. This key position drives the integration of programmatic solutions and real-time analytics to create a seamless media buying experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of an innovative advertising platform supporting DOOH, Programmatic, and Dynamic Pricing
  • Lead platform development initiatives in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams
  • Drive AI & automation integration for enhanced ad targeting and optimization
  • Ensure platform compatibility with major DSPs, SSPs, and agency trading desks
  • Pioneer retail media innovation through loyalty-driven advertising and digital activations

Your Profile

  • Our client is seeking a professional with over 10 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Retail Media Platforms
  • The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and the AdTech ecosystem
  • A proven track record in launching high-scale advertising platforms is required
  • Strong product leadership skills are essential, particularly in AI-driven advertising solutions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, and additional language skills are considered an asset
  • The successful candidate will possess exceptional abilities to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
  • They should be skilled at effectively communicating strategies and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • The ability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly evolving start-up environment is key
  • Expertise in synthesizing complex information to guide executive decision-making is essential
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a talent for collaboration in matrixed organizations, are necessary
