Role Objective
As Global Creative Director, you will shape the creative vision for the entire Retail Media & Airport Advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing innovative campaign concepts for international premium brands and lead a team of creatives in implementing exceptional advertising solutions.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop the overall creative strategy for the Retail Media & Airport Advertising ecosystem
• Conceptualize groundbreaking campaigns for global brands in luxury, beauty, fashion, and travel segments
• Lead and build an international Creative Services Team
• Work closely with Sales & Brand Partnerships to develop compelling advertising concepts
• Ensure highest creative standards across all advertising formats
Your Profile
- Our client is seeking a professional with over 8 years of experience at a top-tier creative agency
- A track record of leading award-winning campaigns for premium brands in sectors such as luxury, beauty, fashion, and travel is required
- Expertise in digital storytelling, retail media, and experience-led advertising is essential
- A strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop campaigns that drive emotion and engagement
- Experience managing creative teams and collaborating with global clients is expected
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, with additional languages considered an asset
- Strong ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Effectively communicate strategies and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving start-up setting
- Ability to synthesize complex information into the essential points to inform executive decision-making
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization
- Superior relationship-building and exceptional consultative skills with a passion and hunger to win
