Role Objective

As Global Commercial Director (Airport Media), you will be responsible for developing and implementing media partnerships in the international airport environment. In this key position, you will drive the monetization of advertising space potential and report directly to the SVP Advertising and Commercialization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic negotiations with airport operators and global media networks
  • Develop and structure large-scale media agreements (DOOH, Retail Signage, Digital Airport Media)
  • Optimize airport monetization strategies through innovative pricing and sponsorship models
  • Ensure global alignment across all regions (LATAM, EMEA, NA, APAC)
  • Manage revenue-sharing models and partnerships
  • Your Profile

  • 10+ years in high-value media deals (McKinsey/BCG, Partnerships, DOOH, Retail)
  • Proven track record of closing high-impact airport or retail advertising deals
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen to structure multi-year, high-margin contracts
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language is an asset
  • Strong ability to lead multicultural and cross-functional teams
  • Effectively communicate strategies and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving start-up setting
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into essential points to inform executive decision-making
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Superior relationship-building and consultative skills with a passion and hunger to win
  • Results-driven, analytical, self-starter with a strong track record of delivering targets
  • Travel required, as necessary, for customer-facing activities and team collaboration
  • Recognize and understand critical cultural approaches to doing business globally
  • Executive presentation skills, including in-person, written, and verbal formats
